Blog: Taking Care of Your Man Beards. – Front & Company

Admit it, beards are sexy as hell, but they can be terrible to make out with. Treat your beard well, and the ladies (and some guys) will love you for it. Don’t be the one who leaves a beard-burn on your make-out partner.

So men, treat your ladies right and take care of your beard so they don’t suffer these consequences. We wanted to show you a brand of beard-care products we’ve been carrying in our store.

Beard Wash

After more than a year of development, Beardbrand has released the finest beard wash. This stuff was designed from the ground up specifically for beards. The wash has a very gentle lather that is soft enough for your face and tough enough to handle curly, coarse beard hairs. We recommend applying the beard wash once or twice a week, but you can use it daily if you are in environments where your beard gets dirty regularly. Always follow up with a matching beard softener.

Beard Softener

After more than a year of development, Beardbrand has released the finest beard softener. This stuff was designed from the ground up specifically for beards. Like our beard wash, this amazing product is silicone free and designed to be much like a hair conditioner to softener facial hair over time without the silicone build-up. We recommend applying the beard softener once or twice a week, but you can use it daily if needed. It’s recommended to use the softener after using the fragrance matching beard wash.

Beard Oil

Bring out the woodsman in you. This beard oil has been cultivated by months of research and made with only the finest natural blends of oils. Simply put, it is the best beard oil on the market. The Beardbrand beard oil is designed to be very lightweight and will help keep your beard conditioned and shiny. Because it’s a lightweight blend, it won’t weigh down your beard or feel greasy.

Mustache Wax

Our pocketable tube is filled with only all natural awesome ingredients, and you know that mustache wax is good for nothing unless you have easy access to it. Y’all know what beeswax and jojoba oil is, but for those who don’t know what lanolin is – it’s pretty much wool juice. They squeeze the shaven hair from sheep and out comes this magical waxy substance called lanolin. It’s quite expensive, but I’d much rather put that near my whiskers than petroleum jelly. From one hair to another.

Beard Brush

For our brush lovers we are excited to offer the boar’s hair beard brush which has been made in France out of all natural boar’s bristles. What makes boar’s hair better than synthetic brushes? The surface of each bristle is scaly and draws dust and excess product from the hair as you use it. The bristles also stimulates the natural oils (sebum) present in the scalp, and draws them along the hair shafts, essential for keeping hair clean, healthy, shiny, and protected.
